We welcome you to come to the table for our monthly classes! All of our monthly classes are held on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30pm. Learn to prepare your plate with deeply nourishing and delicious food and join us! Chef Audrey always shares super comforting and delicious dishes that do not take long to make, and support your optimal well being. PLUS you go home with recipes for each dish.
