Back in the day, there was no such thing as “organic”. Everything was organic because we didn’t spray the bejeezus out of our food with pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. Sadly, we are currently spraying millions of acres of food with these poisons, all in the name of profit.
The more we spray, the more we damage our soil, pollute our water and pollute our air. Statistics show that since we began using Genetically Modified Food in the mid 90’s, our cancer rates have skyrocketed, along with autism and gut disorders like Chrone’s and IBS, birth defects and infertility.
The good news is that there are farmers all over the world committed to organic and spray-free farming using natural, safe ways to grow food. Spray-free and regenerative farming not only grows food that is safe to eat, it has a higher nutrient content and gives back to the soil, allowing for continued abundance. The more minerals and nutrients that are in our soil, the more are in our food. The more minerals and nutrients that are in our food, the more we consume and the healthier and more vibrant we become.
